Our Dry Hopped Spelt Saison is brewed with malted spelt and a touch of raw white wheat, and then fermented with our Magickal Saison yeast and house microflora during a meditative slumber in one of our large oak foudres at our #Dispensary. Dry hopped assertively with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and American Simcoe. Rather than force carbonating, we allow Shambolic to refermented in the can over several weeks for natural carbonation. 6.5% abv. Notes of ripe pineapple, lemon balm, spring meadow, black lime, and cape gooseberry.
