Cantillon Rosé de Gambrinus is obtained by mecarating fresh raspberries in two years old Lambic. Its complex aromas and sour taste make this unique beer an excellent thirst-quencher.

Just like kriek, the “fruitiness” of Rosé de Gambrinus is at its best when the beer is young. They age the lambic and take the upper hand, but this is at the expense of the fruit component.
