This hand blended saison with ginger is an annual tradition at Brasserie Trois Dames.
Mature barrel aged sour saison makes up 15% of this wintery mix, the basis of which is fresh saison fermented with a blend of our favorite saison yeasts and strains of Brettanomyces.
This beer features Citra and Equinox hops for aroma. We will raise a glass with
