Brewed during off hours as a night-shift passion project, this beer has been fermented with over 20% blackcurrants and matured for over half a year at the brewery as we've been biding our time, waiting for the flavours align just right. And he're we have it, the first in a series of night-shift beers. Rich in flavours, complexity and blackcurrants, a beautiful beer we hope is real and not just a mirage, or a brewer's fever dream.
