Brouwerij de Molen was founded in 2004 by Menno Olivier in the South Holland Province of Netherlands. After 12 years of brewing beers for his personal fulfilment, Menno finally decided to share his talent and love for beers with the world. Menno started his journey with beers right in his own kitchen and garage. After learning more about beers and beer trades, soon he decided to turn it into a real profession. In 2004 he moved his brewery to a historic windmill and Brouwerij de Molen was born. Soon John Brus joined him and the brewery went from being a nano-brewery to a micro brewery. The brewery has stainless steel installations that have a brewing capacity of 11000 litres per batch, producing dozens types of beers and 11,000 HL in 2017.
