Oak Fermented Rustic Danish Shipyard Table beer. Blend #2.
Bière de Cabaret is influenced by the pale beers made for drinking in public houses, or cabarets, of the Nord and Pas de Calais departments of Northern France. A simple low alcohol grist bill was enhanced with Danish raw buckwheat and emmer, fermented with our unique house yeast and aged in a red wine foeder for 8 months.⠀
Blend 2 sees a few minor changes from blend 1 to enhance its drinkability. These changes include increasing the bittering and whirlpool hop additions to bring more floral, grassy, and mild citrus notes, and the introduction of a small portion of unmalted emmer to help increase the body in this low ABV beer.
